The Untraceable Cell Phone in Mafia Wars is an item you win in fights against other mafias and you can also sometimes obtain one from doing the job, “Rob an Electronics Store”; Enforcers Tier (lvl 13 – 17).
The “Rob an Electronics Store” job gives you one of three items each time: Untraceable Cellphone, Computer Setup, and Concealable Camera. You just have to keep trying until you get the Untraceable Cell Phone. Saving up some experience points so you can do four or five of the job in a row can be helpful to make sure you get what you need. This job takes 23 Energy, pays out 28 Experience.

The second job down, “Arrange A Drug Shipment for the Mafiya” will give you an untraceable cellphone almost every time, if you don’t already have one. The most it has ever took me was three tries. Remember, you can’t have a cell phone in your loot.

You can secondly receive these items from friends who have gifted them to you. Also, if you mark untraceable cell phones in your wishlist this can motivate your mafia members to contribute to your stash. I would suggest sending a message to your mafia members every now and then asking if they could share some with you.
3. Step 3
Lastly, there is the possibility to receive untraceable cell phones from fighting in random drops. There you have it, now you should have no problem getting untraceable cell phones.
